1. Providing documentation lists
2. Preparation of lending proformas (executive summaries), 
3. File/document packaging  
4. Multiple underwriting submissions  
5. Preparation of lending agreements containing rate and term guarantees.
6. File and condition control from underwriting to day of funding.
